What you are buying

Best FB Tools sells monthly subscriptions to Chrome extensions for Facebook marketing tasks (for example, comment automation, birthday messages, group management, and Messenger organization). Your subscription gives you a non-transferable license to use the purchased extension(s) while your subscription remains active.

Who sells, builds, and supports

Best FB Tools sells the licenses and handles billing questions at support@bestfbtools.com. Technical product support is available at support@tier5.us.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. The price shown on the Stripe checkout page at the time of purchase is the price you pay; taxes may be added based on your location. To cancel, email support@bestfbtools.com before your next billing date — cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we encourage you to watch the product demonstration on each product page before purchasing so you know exactly what the tool does. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@bestfbtools.com and we will review your case.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the extensions lawfully and in accordance with the platform policies of Facebook/Meta and any other service you use them with. You are responsible for how you configure and operate the tools, including message content, frequency settings, and compliance with anti-spam laws. We may suspend or terminate a subscription for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

Third-party platforms

The extensions interact with Facebook, which is operated by Meta and changes over time. We do not control Facebook and cannot guarantee any specific outcome (such as reach, leads, or sales) from using the tools. Continued compatibility depends in part on Facebook's platform, and features may be adjusted as the platform evolves.

Intellectual property

The extensions, website content, videos, and branding are the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you — not sold. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted.

Disclaimers and liability

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best FB Tools' total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as our products change; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
